Rarely answers phone and when they do they just say please hold. Waited for months for treatment only for them to cancel with treatment overdue. A doctor office if a worker is sick should have a backup plan esspecially when treating elderly patients and more staff answering phones.

She sees both of my parents and I have found her to be very caring and a great listener. Her instructions and advice are very clear- great communicator.

I am bone on bone in both knees and at today’s visit I was refused Cortizone shots, also any aids for walking assistance, or a handicap parking hanger . After driving a good distance for this appointment, they knew why I needed this appointment, yet they let me drive 120 miles round trip without any of my medical needs being attended to .

My experience with this provider was more than disappointing. When I sought help for sudden vision changes, after being told to come in the same day if any new symptoms arise or if I was flaring, my concerns were quickly dismissed and I was offered antidepressants instead of further investigation. If you’re looking for a rheumatologist who takes autoimmune symptoms seriously and listens carefully, you may want to consider other options.
