I am bone on bone in both knees and at today’s visit I was refused Cortizone shots, also any aids for walking assistance, or a handicap parking hanger . After driving a good distance for this appointment, they knew why I needed this appointment, yet they let me drive 120 miles round trip without any of my medical needs being attended to .

My experience with this provider was more than disappointing. When I sought help for sudden vision changes, after being told to come in the same day if any new symptoms arise or if I was flaring, my concerns were quickly dismissed and I was offered antidepressants instead of further investigation. If you’re looking for a rheumatologist who takes autoimmune symptoms seriously and listens carefully, you may want to consider other options.

Dr Robicheaux at the green clinic is a fine doctor but her staff people are terrible and that reflects directly on her. I have called her staff SEVEN TIMES in the past week and a half to resolve an issue with my prescription. Staff (specifically Samantha) DOES NOT call back or follow up. I finally had to ask for Dr Robichaux herself, which given my experience, probably won’t happen either. Maybe your experience will be different? But before using Dr Robichaux, know this first.
