My experience with this provider was more than disappointing. When I sought help for sudden vision changes, after being told to come in the same day if any new symptoms arise or if I was flaring, my concerns were quickly dismissed and I was offered antidepressants instead of further investigation. If you’re looking for a rheumatologist who takes autoimmune symptoms seriously and listens carefully, you may want to consider other options.
Dr Robicheaux at the green clinic is a fine doctor but her staff people are terrible and that reflects directly on her. I have called her staff SEVEN TIMES in the past week and a half to resolve an issue with my prescription. Staff (specifically Samantha) DOES NOT call back or follow up. Inadequate knowledge, professionalism, communication, and compassion. The doctor was rude when I asked why she would not help me obtain my LDN prescription after moving states, knowing that that’s what I was there for. She could have told me before I paid 200$ for bloodwork that she was not willing to take a minute to research a medication she was unfamiliar with. I unfortunately cry when I am frustrated, which I am because I've been looking for answers for a very long time. The moment I shed a tear, the discussion was about depression and anything else dismissed. Perhaps I wouldn't be depressed if I didn't suffer from debilitating fatigue every day.
