My grandmother loves her visits with Dr. Pondt!
I’ve been a new patient for about a week now and Dr. Pondt. Has been truly amazing in answering my questions and working with me to create a plan to improve my overall health. Grateful I made this choice. Looking forward to the improvement in me alongside your wonderful care.
As soon as she walked in the room she began to chastise me for wearing a mask. Spent 10 minutes saying I shouldn't wear one, and then ended it with "but it's up to you." Office also nickle and dime you for having additional questions during a physical. Also everything was done through a third party, meaning I had to make another appointment to go see another specialist so they can run the tests that she charges you for. Very confused by my interaction with her. I came in to establish care. But was very quickly told that a physical won’t cover medication renewal. So I decided that I could at least meet the doctor before I start paying $200 a visit to see her and keep my prescriptions alive. She assumed I just came to get my disability paper work filled out and asked me if I wanted to leave after she said she wouldn’t fill them out. Dr Pondt is great Doctor I travel over an hour just to see her. She listens and cares for her patients. She calls to follow up to make sure you doing ok.
