I can not even begin to describe what a wonderful experience has been to find Dr. Pondt. She is the one primary care doctor that I desperately needed in my life. She listens to you, validates you and addresses your needs immediately. She has referred me and my family to other great doctors too. Dr. Pondt is 10 out of 10 for sure.

I’ve been a new patient for about a week now and Dr. Pondt. Has been truly amazing in answering my questions and working with me to create a plan to improve my overall health. Grateful I made this choice. Looking forward to the improvement in me alongside your wonderful care.
As soon as she walked in the room she began to chastise me for wearing a mask. Spent 10 minutes saying I shouldn't wear one, and then ended it with "but it's up to you." Office also nickle and dime you for having additional questions during a physical. Also everything was done through a third party, meaning I had to make another appointment to go see another specialist so they can run the tests that she charges you for. Very confused by my interaction with her. I came in to establish care. But was very quickly told that a physical won’t cover medication renewal. So I decided that I could at least meet the doctor before I start paying $200 a visit to see her and keep my prescriptions alive. She assumed I just came to get my disability paper work filled out and asked me if I wanted to leave after she said she wouldn’t fill them out.
