ASK IF THEY TAKE YOUR INSURANCE FIRST BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT Didn't ask for my insurance or name on the phone. Just scheduled an appointment. Waited the entire weekend to get an ultrasound after fasting, got there and was told they don't take my insurance. Lol what???

Walked in for X-ray. Staff is very polite, was called within 10 mins . Doctor is very knowledgeable and took time to explain X-Ray. Billing was straightforward.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Imaging of Rochelle Park. For almost three weeks, I couldn’t set up a payment because the person in charge was either on vacation or simply unavailable. The only other option was a college student who had no set schedule, and nobody could tell me when she’d be around. After being ignored and delayed repeatedly, I had to raise my voice just to get them to process the payment.
