Very bad experience.It took them a long time to send the images to my doctor just for an extra ray of my chest.I almost lost my job because of them.They don’t care even after i explain to them that is “time sensitive “ they keep telling me that the doctor is not in the office.The worst place ever.
I've had a bad experience with Rochelle Park Medical Imaging. This MRI facility tried to collect money from me and then pretended to be a collection agency to pressure me into paying. They tried to make a false accusations by telling me that my insurance company sent me a check to give them for payment. My insurance company said that was u true and they never sent me a check. They did pay Rochelle Park Imaging for a portion of the services. But they were trying to get a full payment from me by calling my home and threatening... read more
I love this place. They are always accommodating. They take care of you like you are your family. I have never had one bad experience there and the tech knows how clostophobic I am. She’s always patient and makes sure I’m comfortable before starting and assures me they will be very quick. I absolutely love the older Dr who really goes above and beyond for me. I went there just around covid time 2019 or so and they did wellness checks as well and did blood work and other things, and was told by Steve that the insurance company will send checks and I just need yo sign and drop off. Fast forward to last week I got a final notice and civil lawsuit against me by the lab for a bill of 1100 bucks, 6 years later and Steve pocketed the checks and never paid the lab like he said he would. So not sure what the hell am supposed to do
Very irresponsible, made an appointment with enough time for them to reach and tell me my insurance did not approve exam. I showed up for them to say they tried contacting me to a wrong number.. name, number, script were given when appointment was requested. Horrible staff, no accountability, the attitude showed they could care less. Maybe this is why their waiting area was empty. Terrible experience. It's to bad the one star is must.
