I HAD AN APPOINTMENT HERE ON TUESDAY OF THIS WEEK. I TOOK OFF HALF A DAY FROM WORK, BECAUSE IT WAS THE FIRST APPOINTMENT IN THE MORNING. WHEN I ARRIVED, I WAS TOLD THAT THE DOCTOR HAD NOT MADE ANY APPOINTMENTS IN FEBRUARY BECAUSE SHE WOULD BE OUT UNTIL MARCH. I REPLIED THAT SHE SELECTED THE APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME WITH ME 3 MONTHS AGO. Went there for my annual physical. I was able to take appointment the day before online. The APN E Sonzogni did a deep review of my results. Blood work done on site with some results available online same day/other the day after. I received the follow up call from the APN the day after. I will recommend this practice for its easiness to take an appointment, getting the results and also for the seriousness of the staff.
Unprofessional and misleading - went for Covid test. First they said insurance is not covered tried to charge 100, When I decided to walk away they said it would cost me only 75. I went for the test reluctantly. Had to call them twice to get my results. Later my insurance got charged. Now they are said the charges were for handling not the lab.
Great office, I'm always in and out. Never have to wait long. Staff is friendly. Dr. Imbornone is great!
