Absolutely horrible customer service. My vehicle was towed and all I wanted was my belongings out of my vehicle and I would sign over the title beings. I couldn't afford the storage fee. The owner wanted to charge me $500 to get my belongs out of my car plus hand over my title. Clearly I can't afford my storage so I'm handing over my title. What makes him think I have $500 to give him to get my belongings. This is so illegal. They are so unprofessional.
