My appointment was rescheduled by the office manager and I was not notified. My insurance has been charged for services that I did not see Dr. Ringers office for. I tried to call the billing office and got no answer. I have a few unanswered questions regarding my bill.

Dr. Ringer and her nurse practitioner Emily, are extremely caring and take time to answer all of your questions. Emily’s nurse, Tia, is wonderful. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Office manager, Lindsey is very helpful and also goes above and beyond to help patients. Carolyn helped me to get in for an appointment to see someone when I was anxious about a problem that I was having.
