I have been waiting here for an 11:00 appointment for an hour and 10 minutes now, outside, in the car, with my 92 year old mother so she can get blood drawn for a prescription refill during a pandemic. There was no online option for an appointment, and no order for bloodwork in the clinic nearby to get finished faster. We are in now, after vitals, but still waiting, and no blood drawn and no Dr. We were 1 hour and 45 hours waiting, including 45 minutes in the exam room for a 10 minute exam. No online records available.
