I highly recommend Dr. Katherine Liu. Unlike some doctors who rush through appointments or make assumptions before fully hearing their patients, Dr. Liu genuinely listens and takes the time to hear the full context of their concerns. She is patient, empathetic and creates a safe environment where patients feel heard and respected. I truly appreciate her approach to patient care, especially her willingness to listen without judgement or making assumptions. An exceptional doctor who genuinely cares about her patients.

Rochedale Doctors has excellent doctors, and most of the receptionists are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with one receptionist, Alison, has been disappointing. A receptionist’s role is not just to manage appointments but also to listen, communicate clearly and help patients feel supported.
