I've been going to Roche Financial Services at the Whitby Mall for over 45 years now to get my taxes done, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ken and his team are always welcoming and professional - it's honestly rare to find that kind of trust and consistency these days. The process is really smooth, too. I just drop my papers off, and usually three days later, they give me a call to come back in. Trying to get hold of him for a year, we sold a bissunus and Trying to finalize the sale. Doesn't return calls not sure what the he'll he has done

Made an error on my taxes that I caught right there in the office ok, mistakes happen. Didn't anyone double check it though? Then when we wondered where the refund was only to call cra only to find our taxes were never filed. Three weeks later! My wife called roche only to have them be rude and not really get back to us. I had to call and be less than nice about it just to get it resolved. Never again will I go there.

The staff members are not friendly and have poor customer service skills. The gentleman that answered the phone was very condescending and hung up on me during the call.
