Extremely disappointed and angry for the service I received at the Toronto store. I've been a repeat customer, bought couches, loveseats, beds from them over the years. I am done after this. I’m really disappointed in this place. After spending over $15,000 here since the pandemic, I received poor customer service and given excuses for the past year. I had told them over a year ago I wasn’t happy with the base of the floor model lamp I had purchased as it looks foggy and bizarre like it’s permanently covered in dust and fogged up.
