Fun stumble while exploring Vancouver. We were warmly welcomed by Chandra as soon as we walked in, and she immediately made us feel comfortable. She was genuinely helpful without being pushy, and what stood out most was how she shared a bit of story and background behind each piece rather than just listing features. Came in “just to look,” left with the comfiest couch ever. Pani made the whole thing easy, zero-pressure, and genuinely fun. She answered every question, saved me from overthinking the warranty, and was just all-around amazing. If you’re buying furniture, go to The Brick.
