Unfortunately, we purchased a large sectional and two floor lamps 5 months ago. Waited 5 months for delivery in earlier this month to find 4 out of 9 pieces on the order were delivered defective and unusable. 15 days later, we are still waiting on an answer from their workshop and distribution facility when repairs or replacement will be delivered and have to follow-up repeatedly, every 5 or 7 days, to see if the local store team has received any answers -- and still nothing. Dishonest people, terrible service and costumer service! I paid for a brand new cocktail table and they delivered me a damaged, defected 2nd hand table! Now they are ignoring me and they don't solve the issue.
