I went there to purchase a few items of furniture. When I got home, i was looking at the picture of the bed I bought on their website. In fine print, it says bed slats not included (salesman failed to inform me of this fact). I called the store thinking they would make it right. They informed me the slats are approximately 25 percent of the cost of the bed. When I instructed them to cancel the bed, I was told to go to Ikea to buy slats! The bed was canceled. I went in there and got elevator eyes from the French guy . He is so rude! This is not the first time. He is comfortable . They need to change the staff….He gave me unsettling feeling maybe because how I was dressed. I went somewhere else and spent $$$. I will just go to Aventura now.
