Terrible service we book an appointment at 2:50 but we have to wait for more than an hour.
Had a great experience here. And always have, my family clinic for many, many years. Doctor Ong is phenomenal and very thorough. Felt very looked after. In terms of the waiting period I think it is slightly unfair for anyone to simply walk in expecting to be seen within minutes of arriving. Especially when they are trying their best to accommodate for all of these people in need. I waited about 20 mins for my booked appointment, and the service from the receptionists was perfectly respectful as well.
Very good medical centre. Only limitation is wait time
