I can't believe the unprofessional practices of this office. I waited for 45 min past my appt to be told there were 3 people still ahead of me. This is not the first time. Following a cancer scare last month the office called ME to book a follow up once they received my results. Despite that I waited 1.5 hours then cancelled my appt because I was late for a work meeting. A half hour later they called me to tell me my appt was next!!
