The staff are very helpful and it gets me out of my flat for a couple of hours
Absolutely not good enough they've poor staffing levels if you raise issues that the leads don't like they hate it, because you stood up and challenged the narrative all there bothered about is stopping reputational damage and not dealing with the issues at especially the listening lounge for example I went in one wednesday night and I was in crisis as I had punched my couch due to fighting with Rbh and split one of my knuckles staff saw me ask how I was I said not great I could use a chat she said she'd come and get me once... read more
