I cannot recommend Rocha HVAC enough. While they weren’t my first HVAC servicer they will certainly be my last. They are an incredibly pleasant and enjoyable team to work with, they communicate conveniently via text, prices are reasonable, and the staff takes serious pride in their work, they have been openly offended by the quality of work and lack of professionalism exhibited by my previous HVAC servicer. When we had an issue with our heatpump, another company came, took a quick look, and quoted us for an entire system replacement. I called Rocha, they came out the next day and thoroughly diagnosed and resolved the issue. They took their time to explain the cause of the issue, what they were doing to resolve, and set us up with a monitoring system to help avoid issues in the future. They were super quick to address our problem, communicated clearly, and their price was very reasonable.
This company continues to impress. They came out within 24 hours of my call, diagnosed the issue and promptly made the appropriate repairs. The technician walked me through what had been done - coordinating everything with the main office. And not surprisingly, the final cost was not alarming but very fair.
Rocha HVAC is excellent at what they do. They responded immediately to our request for an emergency service call and then promptly followed up with a return visit to complete the job - on time and within budget. Rocha clearly explained what needed to be done to get our HVAC working at peak efficiency; correcting issues that our builder stuck us with 11 years ago. We highly recommend them for your HVAC installation and service needs.
