One of our mini-split units has never worked reliably. We had it "fixed" last year by another company but the problem persisted. I contacted Rocha on a general contractor's recommendation. They were able to offer us a next-day appointment. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were very thorough, inspecting both units on that side of the house, and took their time to address the issues. I really recommend Rocha because he is very professional, explains very well everything that needs to be done, tells you the next step, does a good job and after finishing the service he calls to check if everything is ok and the price is fair.
