No te recomiendo usar esta agencia de seguros, si escuchas de ellos en la radio olvídalo no son los mejores ni en precios ni servicio. Que pésimo servicio al cliente, como un asesor de seguros que te está atendiendo te dice que a lo mejor esa no es la agencia para ti, pésimo servicio, desastrozo....que payaso lo que usted está hablando es una calumnia que yo lo llame a pedirle que hiciera cosas ilegales.....mejore su servicio y su atención al cliente mejor y resé por usted mismo no sea tan payaso
Julio was great in person when me and my mother were referred to him from a friend of ours. He talked to us about a lot of different ways to invest some money. He was a little pushy and wanting us to move forward that day with setting up a plan. When he said that he could help with car insurance I gave him my information and he found me a great price versus what I was paying currently. Mr. Julio Rocha offered my parents a home insurance contract as a licensed insurance agent. Mr. Rocha called me after his office sent us the contract to sign. While I was speaking to Mr. Rocha on the phone, I requested to change payment options from a lump sum to quarterly payments as indicated on the contract.
