Excellent service from this contractor. They were punctual, skilled, and completed the work on schedule. Communication was smooth throughout the project. The quality of work was excellent, and I’m very happy with the results.
Gilbert has successfully completed two major remodel projects for us (one for $500K and the other for $300K). He is responsive and completes work on time. Rocha construction's bids have been competitive and the firm DOES NOT aggressively pursue change orders as is common in the residential construction industry.
