My dream sandwich does exist. I have the Santa Fe panini and it was phenomenal. The ingredients for fresh the bread was amazing and had the perfect crunch. I went through the drive-thru and it was surprisingly fast!
I’ve been in Pueblo for a week trying not to find a burger or Mexican food. Then I discovered Rocco’s. My panini was absolutely wonderful Great place to eat!
I discovered these guys a little over a month ago, and I'm ashamed to even disclose how many times I've visited since. Service is always fast, and the food is always delicious. Nothing beats a delicious sandwich and fresh cup of soup. The whole family loves Rocco's!
