During a stay in the North End, we planned poorly and ended up at Rocco’s three nights in a row! The eggplant with gnocchi was a standout, as well as a salad featuring arugula and goat cheese. One night we just came in for a drink, and found the bartender to be warm, friendly, and highly-skilled. We left Boston with a fond feeling for Rocco’s!
Very loud and tight. Service was very good and food was rather good. Good for watching a game, not so much for a dinner with conversation.
Although the service was good, the food was bland all around. Got two different pastas and they both didn’t taste like anything even after adding some salt to see if it would save it.
I did not have food, just drinks. Cocktails are fantastic!!! Have an espresso martini - you will not regret it! 🥰 Staff is very friendly and great!
