Biggest disappointment at Rocco’s Barbershop in Pilot Point. The experience was far from professional — the barber came across as rude and arrogant the entire time. Instead of focusing on the haircut, he spent most of the appointment talking negatively about the burger place next door and sharing details about his personal life that I had no interest in hearing. A barbershop should be about the customer experience, and this just wasn’t it. I won’t be going back. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

I had a really disappointing experience at Rocco’s Barbershop. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt rushed and unwelcoming. No one greeted me, and I ended up waiting well past my scheduled time without any explanation or apology. I had an awful experience at Rocco’s Barbershop. First off, my car got towed while I was there, which already set the tone for the whole visit. On top of that, the staff had a bad attitude—unfriendly and unprofessional from the start. The haircut itself was just as disappointing. It was rushed, uneven, and not even close to what I asked for. This business owner cares nothing for the community. The only style haircut he can do is what his hair looks like. He has towed cars that have parked in his little parking area which never has more than 2 cars. He has made an 80 year old prominent resident as well as others remove her car when he was closed. He sits in his house in McKinney and watches the cameras at his shop probably with his pants around his ankles and complains about people walking across the parking area and parking in the spots when he isn’t open.
