I finally found a barber who gave me exactly the haircut I was asking for! The atmosphere was great, the music was on point, and the overall experience was excellent. 10/10—I highly recommend this place!

Biggest disappointment at Rocco’s Barbershop in Pilot Point. The experience was far from professional — the barber came across as rude and arrogant the entire time. Instead of focusing on the haircut, he spent most of the appointment talking negatively about the burger place next door and sharing details about his personal life that I had no interest in hearing. A barbershop should be about the customer experience, and this just wasn’t it. I won’t be going back. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

I had a really disappointing experience at Rocco’s Barbershop. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt rushed and unwelcoming. No one greeted me, and I ended up waiting well past my scheduled time without any explanation or apology. When I finally got in the chair, the barber seemed distracted and didn’t really listen to what I asked for. I had an awful experience at Rocco’s Barbershop. First off, my car got towed while I was there, which already set the tone for the whole visit. On top of that, the staff had a bad attitude—unfriendly and unprofessional from the start. The haircut itself was just as disappointing. It was rushed, uneven, and not even close to what I asked for.
