Our first dining experience at Rocco’s Pasadena was truly unfortunate and left us feeling taken advantage of as guests. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that hospitality is not a priority here. The hostess, who is supposed to set the tone for the entire dining experience was unenthusiastic, did not smile, and made no effort to be welcoming.
