Mr. Rocco is extremely knowledgeable and professional- we’ve been clients for many years and our son and his wife also work with him and have for many years as well. We highly recommend Mr. ROCCO to prepare their taxes.
This morning I stopped by at this office to take an appointment for tax preparation services and encountered a rudest office secretary/receptionist I have ever come across. She seemed pissed off to see me. Was very rude and before I could even enter she stopped me at the door and asked what was my name and did I have any appointment. When I asked whether I could talk to her regarding an appointment, she declined and asked me to take an appointment using their email. Never seen anything like this before.
