They are an excellent insurance company, but they have the best insurance agent I have ever met: Maritza Mendez. She is always there when needed, answers the phone even on weekends or outside business hours, always goes the extra mile to resolve any issue, and always advocates for her clients; additionally, she is a very empathetic and polite person... excellent staff.
