I love dealing with people who know what their doing and solve problems fast and easy! Dealt with Nicole Maxson who helped me solve a problem with my new property insurance! I couldn't pay my bill online with only six days left before it was due because I hadn't signed something and sent it in to the insurance company. Mailing would have put me past the due date. Much anxiety! Then, (in person,) she sorted it out and got me the quarterly billing I needed! Thank you State Farm and Nicole!
My experience with the office staff/ customer service is amazing. Witek Palacious is my contact at the office, he is one of the best insurance agents I have dealt with. He is quick to act, gets me the info I need, always in a good mood, picks up the phone. Statefarm should be proud to have him on there team. He is one of the main reasons I stay with Statefarm.
