I NEVER leave bad reviews on businesses. Because I know people work hard for their company but this place doesn’t work hard or care about their business or customers. Recently put in a new pool liner about 3 months ago. Noticed there was rust stains on the bottom of my brand new pool liner. Went inside Rockies and spoke to John and another gentleman and he gave me a couple solutions to fix it. I did exactly what they recommended to do and it turned my liner white. If I could give ZERO 🌟 I would. I went in to have my pool water tested and fully intended on buying chemicals. However, the experience was so unpleasant that I walked out with nothing but the water test—mainly due to the incredibly rude behavior of the older woman with black hair working there. She spoke to me in a condescending tone, like I was clueless for simply answering her questions. I was new to being a pool owner and they spent time explaining what I needed and what I didn't. They were so friendly and courteous. Prices were cheaper here than other places around town. I had called other places and the owner was rude but not these guys. I buy my supplies from here because of their customer service.
We chose Rocchi's to install an above ground pool in 2020. Every year since it has been a hassle to get scheduled to get our pool open/closed and every year we purchase a new cover because, for some reason, the liner we purchase from them rips to shreds. Above all, every time we speak to the owner, she is rude, whether that is about trying to book an appointment, or simply to ask a question about our pool.
