I was new to being a pool owner and they spent time explaining what I needed and what I didn't. They were so friendly and courteous. Prices were cheaper here than other places around town. I had called other places and the owner was rude but not these guys. I buy my supplies from here because of their customer service.
We chose Rocchi's to install an above ground pool in 2020. Every year since it has been a hassle to get scheduled to get our pool open/closed and every year we purchase a new cover because, for some reason, the liner we purchase from them rips to shreds. Above all, every time we speak to the owner, she is rude, whether that is about trying to book an appointment, or simply to ask a question about our pool. Very disappointed!!! Have to call and keep asking for our parts of the people "they decided" to leave off. (Skimmer door, buttom caps and now I have to call back to get the feet for the latter so I can attach it to my deck! I did call and with no Hassel they gave me my stuff when I called them out on it. I do not like that they but dirt up the side of my pool!! NOT OUT FIRST POOL EITHER!! The old lady was very nice till she gets her money then she rude as all get out!!
