Zero. 3 month short term furnished rentals have ruined this condo. All 3 elevators broken at same time means you walk up and down 34 floors. Dogs defecating and peeing in common areas... parties until 4 a.m.... false fire alarms and line ups at front desk like in a dormitory. Good for drugs and alcohol types but no good night sleep here. No longer clean or classy.
