You don't usually know how good a business service is until you have a problem. Our Escrow with ROC Title Agency West was supposedly a simple home purchasing experience until it is not. I had ROC Title handle my home purchase and just recently the sale of my fathers home. They handle everything from start to finish and are very thorough. Kathy stayed on top of each aspect and even resolved an issue that came up quickly that came up on our title! Highly recommended to anyone buying or selling any property!
