I am leaving a poor review not because of my experience during my actual event but the actions after. We had wonderful set up with ROC the party and it was incredible at our wedding. We received the Photo Booth photos after and everything turned out lovely. We then asked where our audio book recording was and they went dark. We emailed a few times have left multiple voicemails and heard nothing. It is very disappointing as that was one of the things we were most excited about.

What an amazing experience with DJ Key-YO at our wedding! We were absolutely blown away by his professionalism and how he went above and beyond for us!! When our timeline went completely off track because of the venue's staff, DJ Key-YO stepped up and took on the roles of both DJ and Wedding Coordinator. The DJ showed up smelling of alcohol, set up in the wrong location within the reception tent, messed up what our first dance song was even though we confirmed with him again a literal minute before, and his equipment stopped working during dinner and he was incompetent at trouble shooting. He had no back up equipment or assistance. We asked him to leave the event and handled music ourselves from dinner, toasts, parent dances, and party music on. Literally the worst “entertainment” I have ever experienced at an event. I feel bad and am embarrassed for the couple that paid money for the glitchy and low brow service. Look elsewhere.
