We are extremely disappointed with our experience with ROC the Party and DJ Keyyo. For our wedding on September 20, we paid an additional $300 to secure a specific DJ. Shortly before the wedding, we were informed that he could not attend due to a family issue. We completely understand that emergencies happen. However, we were clearly told the $300 would be refunded, and to this day, that refund has not been received. We had our original dj cancel. We found Keyo and he kept coordinate within just a few short months! He not dj our wedding, but the DJ was AMAZING! He had the best energy and the DJ who came with him was on the dance floor all night with us. My son absolutely loved him! Everyone still raves about them still!
I have DJ Key-yo and his staff to thank for saving my wedding day. Absolutely hats off to you. Our venue and coordinator was absolute chaos and truthfully I was heart broken, the whole first 2 hours of my wedding day was ruined and I was so disappointed. But Key-yo stepped in and troubleshot and without hesitation jumped into wedding coordinator to make sure things happened. He was absolutely incredible. I am leaving a poor review not because of my experience during my actual event but the actions after. We had wonderful set up with ROC the party and it was incredible at our wedding. We received the Photo Booth photos after and everything turned out lovely. We then asked where our audio book recording was and they went dark. We emailed a few times have left multiple voicemails and heard nothing. It is very disappointing as that was one of the things we were most excited about.
Very professional at our daughter’s wedding, Kept everyone dancing all night long!
