The reception staff are rude. They do not address you when you enter the building and seem to be so busy on computer they only look up when you say something. I left a message and didn't get response until a week later. The physical therapy staff walk around and seem like they would rather be somewhere else. They minimally interact with clients and when they do they do so without any expertise. Just "do this" and walk away. I do not recommend this place.
