I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ke Shang and the entire team. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. I would give 5-star if not for the lousy and lazy discourteous lady front desk. Everytime I ask for reschedulel she automatically set me for 2 months later date. She never bothers to check whether there are cancellations. I would like to commend the guy who entertained my call and help me find appointments that were cancelled. I was able to book to earlier date. I wish the clinic will teach this lady receptionist how to do her job. Dr. Shang is a great dentist. I like her thoroughness and courteousness.
I recently completed my final follow-up from a tooth implant procedure in 2024. The service and care from Dr. Ke Shang and her team was outstanding. Dr. Shang is caring and attentive , listens to the patient and communicates every step of the way.
