I have known this business previous to the cycle stop ownership. Many years of experience with this business, so recently I placed a parts order and waited like you normally do only this time I received zero phone calls telling me the order is ready for pickup or there was any problems getting the parts. Walked in on a busy day and as a team they got me the bike I wanted, delivered even. I did speak to almost every department there… starting at the clothing/gear, super friendly! They got me to a manager(James I believe) he was instrumental. I ended up with a really nice sales guy (Doug?) that walked me over to the financial department…they did final inspections and had me come back for dmv paperwork which I spoke to the parts department for and they got me where I needed to be. The sales team is Amazing Jim is amazing and very knowledgeable. However the service department sucks and i hate to even say that because I had so much faith in this business. For better words lack of communication/service. They don't reach out and keep that open line of communication like they spill to you when deciding to bring your bike in my bike has been with them going on a month just shy of 4 days I have had to reach out and continuously what seems to be given a different exscuse every time for what I am being told is... read more
