The worst customer service experience I've had... Stay away from Bidleman on West Henrietta Road. They are deceptive. They quoted a machine for me Saturday for $8725. I needed until this Wednesday (tomorrow) to make it happen between my schedule and the bank. They said it was no problem they could hold it. In May of 2025 I went to pick of 2 of the 3 motorcycles I had stored over the winter. When I went to ride away, neither of the seats were screwed on to the bike. The service folks were not pleased they had to help us fix their own mistake. After my friend and I rode the two motorcycles back to my house, we noticed that neither of them had inspection stickers; which is a service we had already paid for.
