I stopped in to get some parts. There was a lady sitting in the chair with her feet up in it and never greeted me or asked if she could help me. I walked over and looked at some bikes. The next female sales person never greeted me or asked if she could help. I proceeded to the clothing section and the same exact situation with that female. I proceeded over to parts. Tim in the parts department really came through for me the day before my motorcycle trip down to Washington DC! I ordered an aftermarket passenger seat from Amazon for my Honda Rebel that arrived two days before my trip, but it was missing the necessary hardware to attach it to the fender. I wasn’t taking a passenger, but I wanted additional surface area to stack luggage onto without scratching up the paint on the bike. Tim in parts is the man! His knowledge of parts is encyclopedia level. He saved me a bunch of time and money on my cam install by getting me a kit with everything I need instead of me having to search around for every o-ring and gasket on my own, and his price was better than the two other local dealers I checked with. The rest of the new staff seems really helpful and easy going also. Next time I'm in the market for a bike I'll be giving them a look first.
Absolutely fantastic experience friendly helpful and awesome can't say enough about them number 1 in my book will be buying my next bike there
