Was passing through town and stopped in to get a poker chip. There was a recent ownership change and new chips had not yet came in. Staff was extremely apologetic and friendly, recommended i call in a month or so for the chip. Bike selection looked good. Overall very good experience
Service dept was great. They saved me a ton of money after I brougHt some newly powdered wheels to Another “Rochester” area Harley dealer. They told me the wheels were junk and they couldn’t fit the bearings. Charged me an hour labor, and went on my way. I brought the same wheels to ROC On where they had zero issue getting the wheels together and ALSO noticed the preVious Harley shop mounted my front tire in the wrong direction. Absolutely appalling experience. I stored three bikes with Roc On over the winter, and the level of negligence and incompetence I encountered was infuriating—and dangerous. When I picked up the first two bikes, the seats wasn’t even secured. It came off the moment I sat on my bike. Had I taken off without noticing, it could’ve led to a serious accident.
