We switched to this office due to insurance a few years ago and honestly, I never loved it. We LOVED our last office but I can’t afford to pay out of pocket. So we went here and the hygienists were great but the office staff is so rude, condescending, and always seems annoyed, even when I am calling to confirm. And the dentist isn’t very friendly either. Recently, my young son needed to have some dental work done. The treatment was fairly invasive and required conscious sedation. I was nervous. Dr. Nick and his team were fantastic! He worked quickly and carefully and he took short breaks which made the entire ordeal more tolerable for all. My son’s teeth are much better for it and he still seems to like the dentist! Huge win!

Doctor Nick is our dentist, he is fantastic. I have three girls, two who needed work done. He is patient, calm and makes overall experiences so much easier for not only the kids but parents as well.

We recently adopted two girls from Burundi, and we believe this was their very first visit to a dentist. We brought them to Roc Kids Smile, where our son has been a patient for over 10 years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care they received. The two hygienists who worked with our daughters were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly observant and sensitive to the girls’ reactions, making sure not to create a negative impression during this important first visit.
