I don’t usually leave reviews, but Scott and his team deserve this one. Words can’t even explain how absolutely grateful I am of them. Immediately walking through the door the first time was welcoming. Great customer service and asked what the problem was with my Caddy DTS 06. After running the diagnostics (had a lot of emission codes), Scott basically gave a honest rundown of what needs to get done. My wife and I bought a winter car 2001 Deville that had blown head gaskets I was recommended by a friend to take my car to Scott over at Roc City Auto Service. after speaking with Scott, we left the car he had it fixed very fast and we’re completely thrilled thank you so much and I would recommend this master mechanic to anyone he’s great Fast forward a few months…. I had gone in to have what I thought was a bad ball joint on my vehicle, however I found out much more was in need of dire attention. The honesty and amazing service I received from Scott was irreplaceable. He took the time to show me everything and explain what things were and why they needed to be replaced. He was able to put them into terms that I could understand. He may very well have saved my life and others, I am so thankful that mechanics like this still exist. Tysm Scott and Roc City Auto! ❤️❤️❤️
