Just called about my car window not going up. I clearly said I don’t want any repair right now — just wanted the window pulled up. They said diagnosis alone would cost $200, and pulling the window up would cost even more. Not sure what there is to diagnose when I already explained the issue. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
I got stuck in the middle of a Headlight lamp replacement, original to LED, for a Toyota Tacoma. Tom at Roc was near and opened on a Saturday. My first time there. He dropped what he was working on and helped me by completing the bulb upgrade. He was so helpful!
Excellent customer service, honest, detailed oriented, great value. I was given Mr. Kims contact by a good friend, and I have been bringing my car to him for many years. When I describe the problems with my car, Mr. Kim throughly investigates as well as checks over the vehicle to ensure that nothing is missed. Mr. Kim is also a Master ASE tech so I trust him and his abilities to diagnose and repair my aging german money pit.
Kim is the man!! Had my car overheating on a Saturday, he was the only shop open. He was about to close and agreed to take a look, diagnosed the issue right away and said he would have it ready the NEXT DAY. He doesn’t even open on Sundays, just wanted to help me out since I don’t live in the area. Gave me an honest quote, uses reliable brands and was quick. I can’t recommend Kim more, he is an honest and transparent mechanic with very good prices. That’s rare in the bay area nowadays, overall very pleased!
