I love this studio! Monroe did an amazing job and was so real to chat with. Highly recommend!
Just the responses to bad reviews tells someone all they need to know about how the services are handled.
The salon was nice and stylist was friendly, I just think that if you’re charging $100+ for a single blowout, there should be a bit more upfront price transparency. In any case, the blowout was just OK and fell out within a few hours so I was a bit disappointed.
This was a disappointing experience. The quality of the blowout was quite poor - my blowouts typically hold for a few days and this one simultaneously turned frizzy and lost its curl within three hours. $120 for a blowout felt very overpriced as well - it's significantly more than I pay in comparable salons in NYC.
After sustaining a severe burn that required an ER visit, I called immediately and left a voicemail an hour in advance to cancel what would have been my first appointment. Despite that, I was charged $95 — TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. Which confirms to me that they received my message but chose not to respond or show any concern.
