Put into collection for late payment without the courtesy of a call. Called to stop the service, they did not inform me they would be taking back their cylinder, (full of gas I paid for!), came in the middle of blizzard Sunday night Dec 20th like thieves in the night. Paid 100.00$ each time for fireplace I hardly used, don't think a pilot light would use that much gas. Go elsewhere!! Ronald Volney
