Lee Ann B. Roby's has been servicing my family's Cape Cod home for over 50 years. They are reliable and competent, always there when we have needed them. They provide excellent service and if they keep the same staff for years you know they are doing something right! We also purchased a truck cap and a wood stove from their associated business. Great service there, too! Nice to do business with a locally owned family business!
Customer We had a new furnance installed in our mobile home. They did not install it properly and refused to connect the heating ducts. I did try to work with them but between going for cancer treatments and Roby's ignoring me or saying that because of stray cats they would not hook up our furnance correctly. They knew about the cats before taking our money for a new system.
Good customer service I've had Roby's for my propane at my home for 12 years now. They are very reliable. They figure how often you will need gas and come automatically. They are pretty accomodating with my dog who is usually in the yard, so they call ahead to give me time to put him inside. And if you pay your bill within 7 days, you get a discount, I think it amounts to about 1%.
