Washer is Whirlpool new (2018) fills with water when off & dents exterior on spin. No fix not even if I pay out of pocket! Microwave new (2019 Aug) installed dented. Surprised they even installed. Been asking for replacement prior to Thanksgiving, X-mas, New Years even my brothers funeral ... still nothing. Shame on Roby’s. From beginning to end

Over the past 20 years I have bought 2 other couch and loveseat sets from Roby's Furniture in Agate Beach. We recently purchased a new set and a washer and dryer. The first set of couch and loveseat did not fit our space and Bunny, our sales rep, was very supportive and helpful in assisting us in exchanging them for a set more to our liking. The delivery staff were very skillful in maneuvering the delivery truck up our steep hill. They setup everything very efficiently, and were friendly and helpful.
Fabulous service! Added item for delivery with no problems. Delivery was a little slow but then we were at the beach so who counts time!
We're slowly furnishing our house with furniture from Roby's. Every piece has been unique and exactly what I've been looking for.
