My husband of 24 years and six kids works with them and much more!!! About 6 months ago he up and ABANDONED his family 2 1/2 months behind in the mortgage 10+ months behind in the electric no money no food three oil bills behind and we had no hot water for 3 months!! He took our car and literally left us with less than nothing!! Do not do business with this company. I was trying to get an estimate to do a new holding tank installation. They delayed getting anything to me for weeks, asked to see other estimates I received so they were “comparing like products” (which they didn’t need to see as long as they had the house information). I naively gave them what they asked for, and after more delays they told me they couldn’t offer me and estimate (just an estimate!) This further delayed what I needed to get to the county. Our family has used this company for years for various services including routine pump outs, inspections, & repairs with new home purchase. They are always responsive to calls and emails. They are friendly, down to earth. Its a family business and they treat us like family too.
