Worst Shop in the Area An order was placed through 1800 Flowers and this shop 'forgot' what day the order was to be delivered. When called on the mistake, they not only did not make the final delivery, but hung up on the customer. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I will never use them again.
Excellent even in a pinch! Another shop messed up my order and so in desperation I called every florist in the area no one could help me until I called the Robyns Nest. The lady on the phone was sweet and understanding as I was very frustrated by the time I got to her on the phone list. I was overjoyed that they still had flowers and could make the delivery that day. They were awesome! We will be customers for life! THANKS!
