Robynn spends enough time with you to explain what's going on with your complaint and makes sure you understand your prescriptions dosage. She will try to answer any questions you have and will research for an answer if she is not familiar with your question. I am blessed to have such an informed, educated and caring medical provider as Robynn Ross, MSN, AORN, FNP/BC.
My family and I have used Robin for years. She is always so nice and professional and always willing to go that extra mile! Thanks for caring so much.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DRS OFFICE AT ALL!!! They will run tests but conviently NEVER get results… NOT ONCE BUT SEVERAL TIMES NO RESULTS HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND HAVE SAME TESTS RAN TO GET RESULTS!!! But dont have a problem billing for those tests!!! SO CALLED OFFICE MGR SUSAN IS RUDE WHEN U ASK ABOUT UR RESULTS!!!
