I am so very upset. I want to start by saying the staff and stylists here are very warm and welcoming and make sure you're comfortable during the visit offering snacks, drinks and convo, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. However, I must say I feel very disappointed with my hair appointment and the result. I came in for a consultation and we discussed what I was looking for. my least favorite hair salon experience i’ve ever been to. i am not from florida, but needed my hair done! i was not given what i wanted and asked & paid $180 just for my hair to be toned down … i know pricing for services & this was not the right price … i am sad and my hair is too dark and not the right color :(((
Ok so… honestly, I would give this salon a five out of 5 I really would. I’ve had my hair done here before by harmony and she absolutely did an incredible job! I’m notorious for cutting my own hair and that’s what landed me in the salon in the first place I had decided to cut a little bit of my hair and went to Harmony and she fixed it and did an amazing job. I always have a great experience at Robyn Michelle. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. Carlie did a great job! I know it’s not always easy for a stylist to work with a new customer, understand their needs, and deliver the expected results. She did a partial highlight on my hair, and I wasn’t very happy with the color at first. Without any hesitation, she reworked it and made sure I got the results I wanted. I’m very pleased with the outcome.
