I wouldn’t even give her 1 star. I was referred to Robyn by a good friend saying she was ‘ so kind and caring ‘ and that was NOT the case at all. The first sentence out of her was ‘ what do you need from me ‘, but didn’t want to actually know. I tried explaining the reason I was there and she had no time for anything I had to say and that I was there with an unreasonable ask ( before I even asked anything or had the chance to speak ). Robyn is amazing! I've been seeing her for the past few years and cannot recommend her enough. She is always kind, caring, and takes time to answer my questions. The care I receive is always very thorough
I had a telehealth visit with her. Referred by her own clinic for primary care. First thing she said was "what do you need from me?" I was asking if she had a chance to look at my chart from prior day. NO. Conversation was uncomfortable and I felt unaccepted by her. Total time was 5 minutes. Very uncomfortable
