STAY AWAY. This is a tale of horrors. We have used Robyn for a few years. She has never been overly helpful or communicative, and is WAY over priced for what she accomplishes, but we looked past that because a family member recommended her. Using Robyn has been a hellish experience. We will never recover the sleep we have lost over this. We used her for our 2021 taxes, she said she would file for an extension to October, and that it looks like we will get a $500 return. Awesome! That is the last we hear.
