Our caravan Axel broke, racq towed us to Rockhampton and we phoned John. He was onto it straight away with confidence and a wealth of knowledge. Our van was fixed and back on the rode with new Axel from Brisbane within 4 working days. Absolutely brilliant 👏 👌 😀
Fixed a missing shower hatch lid for us while we were travelling. Had the part, fixed straight away. Friendly, helpful. Thoroughly recommend.
Robust Industries is AMAZING! My husband had gone under low lying branches and ripped the shroud off the aircon. We explained to him what brand it was and that it was now obsolete but John had 1 there. He fitted it for us and it saved us an insurance claim and months waiting to get the work done. We could not be more grateful! Robust Industries will definitely be our first port of call from now on.
Called John this morning with a faulty awning problem. He advise me to call into his workshop and he would have a look at it. Called into his workshop at 2pm and he solved the problem with in 30 minute. First class service very reasonable cost and first class guy.
Excellent last minute service and help to get us out of an unexpected issue with our van so we could keep on our trip. Highly recommend!
