I got a navel piercing done, I felt extremely unwelcomed and the way the girl at the front desk spoke to me felt almost passive aggressive, I had a trainee pierce me and while being pierced she struggled to get the needle through which then the girl watching her had to step in and help. I got my ears pierced, but the piercings aren't aligned with each other, so the earrings don't sit right and don't look good. The quality of the initial earrings they used was also very poor; the color faded within just two or three days.
