We first met Joyce with our first adoption in Feb of 2003. We were so pleased with her we contacted her again for another adoption in March of 2015. She is a great person to work with, very professional and just overall a very nice person.
She was a complete professional at handling the court precedings of our adoption.
We used Joyce for our first adoption in 2008 she was professional and provided us with excellent service to welcome our son into our family. We will be calling on her services once more with our foster daughter who was just legally freed this morning and hope for the same wonderful experience!

Joyce has been so helpful during our adoption process. She has treated all involved iwth sensitivity and compassion. She has been very timely in answering phone calls and providing information.
I was trying to be a customer/client of Joyce and she was very rude and unhelpful. She would not give me a chance to really talk. She didn't want to do ANYTHING for me.
Joyce has been WONDERFUL with us. She has called us back EACH and EVERY time we had a question. She made sure my husband and I understood all the details in our quest to adopt. Joyce has made herself fully available to us whenever we needed her.
