Absolutely agree with the inability to reach anyone at that office. I was trying to log into the patient portal to ask a question of my doctor and the instructions stated “the office will supply your initial password” before you can even attempt to change the password. HOWEVER, try to reach someone to answer the phone to give you that information. I tried the phone option for medical records and they didn't have a clue either and put me on hold while they tried to get thru to the office.

I went to the institute and was treated with total respect and professionalism from the receptionist to the three young ladies that examined and diagnosed me.

I have been a patient of the Robson eye Institute for the past two years. I saw Dr. Jordan Johnson,, who I absolutely loved and would continue seeing. However, there is no way you can get through to make an appointment on their telephone lines. No one calls you back, you’re on hold forever and then they give you the excuse that there was something wrong with their telephone lines. I honestly doubt it ..
