I went to the institute and was treated with total respect and professionalism from the receptionist to the three young ladies that examined and diagnosed me.
I have been a patient of the Robson eye Institute for the past two years. I saw Dr. Jordan Johnson,, who I absolutely loved and would continue seeing. However, there is no way you can get through to make an appointment on their telephone lines. No one calls you back, you’re on hold forever and then they give you the excuse that there was something wrong with their telephone lines. I honestly doubt it ..
